Office Staff is Lazy

I've been trying to contact them for a month trying to secure an apartment and they never answer calls or return my calls. I've already applied over a month ago. Very bad service.

AMAZING!!!!

I RECENTLY VISTED FELTON LOFTS AND INSTANTLY FELL IN LOVE WITH WHAT I SAW. THE ONE BEDROOM LOFTS WERE GORGEOUS. IT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING TO SEE. IT WAS BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. I AM FOR SURE INTERESTED IN LIVING HERE. THE ONLY BAD THING IS THAT THERE ARENT A LOT OF APARTMENTS SO THE WAIT LIST IS LONG. BUT IT MAY JUST BE WORTH THE WAIT.!!

Blown Away!

I recently visited Felton Lofts just by chance. What I saw really BLEW ME AWAY!! These apartments are amazing! The character of each apartment is unique and extremely well designed. The one bedroom loft is a major highlight of the building. What they offer for the value is just great. Nancy, the property manager is friendly, honest and very helpful. I liked it so much that I am planning to try and move in by the end of the month!!

OFFICE STAFF

the office manager is awful, very lazy She doesnt do anything for the tenants. Deosnt answer her phone or return calls. the cleaning person spends more time talking with the tenants then working
