Another Previous Tenant

Black mold in the basement which you can smell in the elevator. Elevator gets stuck on regular basis. Common areas are filthy. Chronic pest/mice control problem in the building. New management just raised the rent by hundreds/month. So had to move out. Avoid at all costs.

Apt was infested with mice. Plumbing issues. Outdated applianes. Common laundry with broken washers snd dryers. Trash rooms were unkept from tenants throwing trash on floors. Moldy carpet throughout hallways.
