Unless you ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO live in West Chester, DO NOT LIVE HERE! When we moved in a window in one of the bedrooms was broken and never fixed! One weekend our fridge stopped working for no reason and when I put an emergency request in they didn’t send someone out until the next morning. When they did come in they didn’t do anything and said it had to wait until Monday. The “repair man” then complained to us that we called him out to us on a weekend and how unfair it was. IT IS YOUR JOB! We… were never compensated for the food we lost. Also our oven is hanging on by mere duct tape. The window on the oven door has fallen off multiple times and the oven turns off and on whenever it feels like it. They won’t replace it be it’s “not broken” so I gave up on asking for it to be fixed. Our dishwasher barely worked too and left the dishes on the top rack dirty and all of them smelling awful! Then there’s the water pressure, it goes up and down to the point where you’re getting drops of water rather than a stream! Then there’s the pool, which was closed for half the summer due to “repairs” but I never once saw anyone doing anything to it. It is expensive and 1000% not worth it! So happy to be out of there.

Rundown, shady occupants, lots of drug activity. Very, very overpriced for tiny, outdated units.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL and suggest to AVOID stay in this place if possible! I am giving this place a lower star as I could not give half star or lower than that.
My some of the very common negative experiences(repeated throughout my stay) are as follows:
-Water supply gets disrupted without any prior notice, after calling the office we get to know that maintenance is happening but still no clear timeline on when the water will be back! This happens not once but multiple times.
-… pool gets closed often, with very short notice or no communication as to why.
- We are still being charged our $30 a month amenity fee although the pool and gym are closed, unreal.
-The heating units all have a broken look to them and appear to be capped at a certain temperature despite how much you fiddle the thermostat. The apartments are really old and not maintained.
-After all of these aforementioned issues, they are very punctual in imposing the late payment fees(10% of rent amount) in one day for those as well who has always paid rent on time and ONLY once due to SYSTEM FAILURE in bank it was delayed.

I have been living here for almost 2 years now and I love it. The employees are very nice. Maintenance requests are quick. Im in a 1bed 1bath apt with balcony and I am continuing my lease here. I recommend this place. Location is 5-20 minutes away from everything I need.
