This complex is a fraud. They promise luxury but the floors have no sound proofing, the cabinets are falling apart, and the hallways stink constantly. Expect your keys to not work half of the time and the staff could care less. Tenants are leaving in droves this summer and those who moved in right before we moved out wish they had never signed their lease.

Kiss your security deposit goodbye because you wont get any of it back at all no matter what you do, unless you take them to court, which they know you wont because 90% of people probably don't have the time, money, or care to deal with the hearings and proceedings. When we moved in the place was dirtier than when we left yet we still were billed for 80% of our security deposit for routine cleaning and repairing what PA state law considers “normal wear and tear”. Don’t expect any major... maintenance to be performed in a timely manner, it will certainly be a week or more before they enter your apartment without permission or notice. Oh and the gym and pool? They wont be open due to COVID, but of course you'll get no discount on your monthly rent due to their unfulfilled “amenities”. But not to worry, you aren't missing out on anything, they both suck, half the gym equipment doesn’t work and is always dirty. Oh and of course they’re rent prices were lowered by $200 per month for incoming residents due to COVID, the “manger special”, but your rent will stay the same and there’ll be no discounts. Don’t even get me started on the parking lot. Expect to walk a football field to get to your apartment, and even then you'll have dents in your car door from the person next to you trying to squeeze into their car because EVERY SINGLE SPACE is about as wide as the wheelbase of a mini cooper. I didn't mention yet that the air conditioner in our apartment barely worked. Our bedroom was like a sauna in the hot summer months. And hey, if you lost your job due to covid, don’t worry, there’ll be no rent forgiveness offered here. You’ll have to deal with added stress and scrutiny form the overbearing management office. Stay far away. Although the apartments are beautiful at first glance, the company is nothing but money hungry. If you expect respect from an apartment company, STAY AWAY. Lived here for 4 years and kept the apartment in tip top shape even winning an award for most beautiful apartment!! Then on move out, metropolitan tried to charge close to $1.5K! Our apartment was spotless. INSANE. DO NOT RENT HERE

Great place to live! In unit w/d, walk in closet, friendly neighbors. Property management are very helpful and accommodating. Nice pool and gym!

I would not recommend living here the people in the office aren’t very helpful they are very rude. There’s no parking, you have to walk all the way across the parking lot to get to your apartment. In the apartment next to mine you can hear their dogs all night long, you close the kitchen caninent the wrong way and they start barking like crazy. When I moved in I was told the walls and floors were basically sound proof because they are cement, but I can hear everyone upstairs go to the bathroom,... take a shower or just walking around. And don’t even get me started on the residents everyone is so rude around here and stuck up. And I was told that German Shepard’s and big dog breeds weren’t allowed I was walking the other day and saw a pure German Shepard I was appalled.
