this is best place to live in Pennsylvania. nice ,quiet , and everything is included in rent ,walking distance to shopping mall, and all grocery store.

Helfrich Springs Apartments
I have lived in my apartment for over two years however, I lived here years ago with my parents when I was in high school. The complex is set back from the busy thoroughfare lined with shopping malls and restaurants. A small creek runs behind it and the park area is used by bike riders, fisherman and others wishing to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. In the mornings as I sit at my desk, I often watch a family of deer come up behind my building for their morning meal. The grounds are... meticulously maintained and the staff makes sure that everything is taken care of as fast as possible. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a quiet, economical place to live.

Helfrich Springs Apartments
this is the perfect place to live. you have all the restaurants and a big shopping mall in less than 3 minutes away from your apartment. all utilities, except cable and internet included. you don't have to go to the Laundry mart, because they have a washer and dryer inside your apartment. so convenient. I love this place.
