Our 2 bedrooms start at $1614.00 a month for a ground-level/basement apartment and up. Depending on the amenities of the apartment will depend on the monthly rate. Your rent includes your heat, hot water, cooking gas, and trash, sewer. The tenant pays for their electricity and cable. There is a one-time application fee of $50.00 per person for those who will be financially in the care of the apartment. After the application process if the application is approved you will need one month's rent and one-month security and a one-time $50.00 inspection fee. All must be cashier checks or money orders. We Allow Cats with a one-time non-refundable fee of $300.00. There is no need to make an appointment to see our apartments. We are open Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Friday through Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Decent for price

Pros: easy access to rt 22 as well as many shops and restaurants. It is a discreet location. Jordan park is right next door.

Cons: maintenance is loud and unhelpful. Lots of plumbing issues. The property manager is very rude. Office doesn’t answer their phones during business hours and emergency line won’t help you during the day. Storage room was locked with a secondary lock that no one had a key to. Laundry machines always out of order. They do minimal for snow, I fell on ice this past… winter right outside the door. Parking sucks even with “parking permits”. All neighbors were loud. They insist they do not allow dogs but new tenants had dogs.

Waste of Time

Called on a Tuesday night asking about availability, told they have two apartments. I ask if I can come by Thursday to apply, she says they'll still be available by then. I call Thursday while at the bank, getting the application money, and a different person says those apartments are gone already and I shouldn't have been told they'd still be there. I'm upset but say I'll be there before they close at 7 to apply for a different apartment they have. I gather all my papers and head over. I arrive… by 6:10. They've already left for the day. I left a message on their machine expressing my dissatisfaction, as well as the company's HR machine. Never heard back. Terrible company.

Great for the price

This is a fairly basic place and it suits all of our needs.

Pros: We had a couple issues but the front desk and maintenance has always been wonderful. There is ample parking, the outside is maintained well, and our apartment was in good repair when we moved in. We haven't seen many bugs, much less than out old apartment.

Cons: The hallways and common areas are in desperate need for new carpeting and a remodel. Our kitchen is pretty dated, though I know some units have been remodeled… .

Overall, think it's a good value for what you get!
