Warning: Avoid this apartment like the plague!
I'm writing this review to save you from the headache I went through. Yea yea it’s beautiful and all that but wait until it time for you to move out. This place is a total scam when it comes to security deposits. They'll charge you for "wear and tear" (their words, not mine) and even cooking on the stove? Yeah, they tried to charge me for that. They charged me over a thousand dollars for normal wear and tear, without any damages to the walls and carpet. Don't even get me started on the... insulation – it's like living in a cardboard box.
Bottom line: if you want to see your security deposit again, stay far, far away from this apartment. They'll nickel-and-dime you.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you feel this way about your move-out experience.
We take security deposit returns very seriously and follow a consistent process for every resident. Charges are never applied for normal wear and tear... . Deductions are made only when cleaning, repairs, or replacements are required beyond standard use, and all charges are documented with photos and invoices in accordance with the lease terms.
Regarding the stove and other items mentioned, routine cooking is absolutely considered normal use. However, excessive buildup, damage, or cleaning beyond standard turnover may result in charges, as outlined in the lease agreement.
We understand that move-out costs can be frustrating, and we are always happy to review documentation with residents to ensure clarity and transparency.
We wish you the best in your future home.
