Best place ever!

My fiancé and I have lived here for almost a year and we absolutely love it pets are welcomed and people are so nice and friendly it’s peaceful and just an all around great environment staff is very helpful and quick to get things done the apartments are stunning and definitely well kept 10/10 recommend this place

A Peaceful Place to Live

I actually give the complex a 5 star rating, I have been here since 09/2019 and I enjoy the peace here. I am not so sure about the new maintenance staff yet, however, they just came on board a week ago and I do not think they are as friendly as the last staff. Friendliness is important because you can get a sense of trust, however, time will tell. The apartments are beautiful and are well kept comparing to other places I have lived, which is with many different states because of my military… background. Plus no matter who you are or where you go, you cannot please everyone.

Tenant

This community has gone down hill since we been here the last 4 and half . They have changed property managers 5 times. They only en force the rules they want. Cant wait to move. We live in a non smoking building but others continue to smoke on porches and decks. Meanwhile smoke comes thru our windows. I have a daughter with health problems

The View at Mackenzi

My husband and I have lived here for over 4 years and we love it! Maintenance is always quick to respond and fix any problem. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Colonial Gardens

I love my apartment complex. It is set in the quiet country area with well constructed buildings, excellent landscaping and outdoor maintenance, and wonderful office staff. When you become a member of the community, you are given a welcome mat. It is a pet friendly community. Pet owners keep the grounds clean,even in the pet part. The maintenance is immediate and reliable. I have lived here 6 years and I haven't had a single issue that wasn't resolved. It is a quiet, close knit community.… It is close to everything, but still has that pleasant country feel.
