Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. Guests assume responsibility for the use of the property, including the waterfront and amenities; the host is not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost belongings.
