This chalet features a 6-7 person hot tub overlooking Mont-Cascades, 5 bedrooms, and three full baths. The bright and modern kitchen has a large island that seats 5. Outside, there is lots of space, including a large double garage equipped with a "homemade" bar, Ping-Pong table, poker table, darts, and an arcade basketball net. Make an espresso, coffee, latte, or cappuccino with the Breville Espresso maker or Ninja Coffee maker and enjoy it in the cozy living room or on one of the two balconies. In the basement, you will find a family room with a 70" Smart TV with access to streaming services as well as a Retro Pac-Man arcade, foosball, and air hockey table. Bath robes and slippers are provided for all guests.
Paddle boards are included. Free parking is available on the property, and most of the nearby locations also have free parking.
The property is private and feels like a true getaway. It is within walking distance to Mont-Cascades Waterpark and ski resort, offering year-round activities for the whole family. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors or extra guests are permitted. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests, with a maximum of 6 vehicles on site. Parties or events are not permitted, and violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation and a minimum $150 fine. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. No loud music or disruptive noise is allowed outdoors, especially during quiet hours. Always be respectful of the neighbors and community. Noise complaints or disturbances may result in a fine and/or early termination of your stay. Smoking is allowed outside only, away from open windows/doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash and not on the ground. Failure to follow these rules may result in fines starting at $150, or cancellation of your stay without refund. Pets are welcome, but must be disclosed at the time of booking. Pets are not allowed on beds, couches, or any furniture. Any damage caused by pets is the guest’s responsibility and not included in the pet fee.
