Parking is available with 3 spots on an asphalt surface. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee, and a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, and a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged. Only registered guests are permitted access to the chalet and its facilities; no additional visitors are allowed unless declared and have paid the daily guest fee.

Use caution on the steep driveway in winter; train station parking is recommended. The dock is currently being replaced, so please use caution when accessing the lake area. Professional snow removal is conducted within 24 hours of any storm with 5cm or more of snowfall, and a shovel and salt are provided. Exterior security cameras are installed for your safety and the security of the property. Guests are required to be 25 years old at the time of booking. Travelers will receive a link for ID verification, rental agreement, and a security deposit that could go up to $750, which is fully refunded within 7 days post-checkout if no issues arise. Check-in is self-service through a combination lock or lockbox; access instructions will be sent via email and/or text message. Office hours for communication are 8 am to 8 pm local time, with phone access for more urgent matters. Only people registered on the reservation have access to the chalet and its facilities. No guest will be tolerated unless they have paid their daily user fee.
