The outdoor area features a gas BBQ, an outdoor fireplace, and comfortable seating areas on the terrace. Chalet 1, known as Le Gîte, includes 4 bedrooms each with a Queen bed, 2.5 bathrooms with modern finishes, a spacious living room with a ceiling fan, large windows, and cozy seating. The fully equipped kitchen has long countertops, a breakfast nook, and a dining area. Chalet 2, La Coquette, offers 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with two Double beds, a modern bathroom, a living room with a Double sofa bed, and an open-concept kitchen and lounge area.
Pets are welcome with a fee, but only dogs are accepted with a maximum of 2 per reservation. An automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet will be applied if not honored. There are 2 parking spots available, but direct car access to the chalet may be slippery or impossible during winter due to snow or ice on the last 20 meters. It is a very steep driveway and you use the parking at your own risk. Free parking is available at the train station. The base price offered is for 4 persons, with an extra fee for every additional person.
Enjoy private lake access for peaceful mornings by the water with kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming. The chalet is a 2-minute walk to the municipal beach, perfect for sunbathing, picnics, and water activities. It is also 5 minutes from Mont-Blanc Ski Resort, a top destination for skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and 2 minutes from the Petit Train du Nord bike path, ideal for cycling, jogging, and scenic nature walks. The location is close to year-round activities including hiking trails, golf courses, skiing, and fishing.
Travelers are required to be 25 years old at the time of booking. Self-check-in is available with secure access codes provided 24 hours before arrival. If you plan on checking in outside of office hours, ensure you have access to all necessary information. The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times. If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially without notice to the landlord, a fee of $70 per person per day will apply automatically. Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible. Snow removal is done within 24 hours after storms of 5 cm or more. A brand-new dock is currently under construction and will be installed shortly. Use caution when accessing the dock.
