Dogs are welcome with a maximum of two per reservation, and fees apply. An automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet will be applied if not honored. There is an extra fee for every additional person beyond the base price for six persons.

The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times, and a fee of $70 per person per day will apply if the number of people exceeds the number registered initially without notice. Breakage and damage must be reported as soon as possible. A new dock is under construction, so caution is advised when accessing the current dock.
