The large kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and appliances. You won't lack anything, with essential food items and both a filter and Nespresso coffee maker. The spacious living room includes a three-seater sofa, a smart TV with access to applications like Netflix, Prime, and Disney+, as well as a work desk. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and dryer, with towels and sanitary essentials provided. The unit also includes a washer and dryer.
The apartment is perfectly located on Sainte-Catherine East Street, close to all local shops, bakeries, grocery stores, cheese shops, fruit shops, and more. For grocery shopping, Metro and 3 Paniers are just a few steps away. Check-in can be done at any time after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. You can request an earlier check-in or a later check-out, but it cannot be guaranteed, and an official response will be provided only 24 hours in advance. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, and violation of this rule will result in a $500 penalty. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate eviction without refund. If the apartment is left in a messy state, a charge of $40 per additional hour per housekeeping staff will be applied to tidy up during cleaning.
