The living room does not have curtains, so light sleepers using the sofa bed may prefer an eye mask. Street parking is limited; nearby public lots are recommended. In winter, snow is not cleared daily, but a shovel and salt are available for your use. Check-in can be done at any time after 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden and will result in a penalty of $500. Pets are not allowed, and failure to comply will result in a penalty of $500 and immediate eviction without refund. Parties or excessive noise are not permitted, with a $500 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund for violations. If more guests than initially stated in the reservation stay at the apartment, a $500 penalty will be charged, and the initial number of guests must be respected. If the apartment is left in a messy condition, a charge of $40 per additional hour per housekeeping attendant will apply. Delaying housekeeping attendants at check-out will incur a $50 charge, and any guest remaining after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night. A maintenance agent may occasionally perform upkeep on the facilities and equipment, usually limited to the exterior, and should not cause any disturbance. In emergencies, the agent may need to enter the accommodation as a last resort to ensure comfort.
