Please note that the main guest must be 25 years old or older. Loud parties or disruptive gatherings are not allowed. There are currently roadworks taking place on Hochelaga Boulevard directly in front of the property, and detours may be in place upon arrival. For easier access, it is recommended to use Jeanne-d'Arc Street, d'Orléans Avenue, or De Rouen Street to access the rear of the building where the parking area is located. Some units in the building are occupied by long-term residents, and one resident occasionally smokes outside the building. During the summer months, when windows are open, there may occasionally be a slight cigarette smell noticeable from outside. Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted in the apartment. For everyone’s comfort, please avoid excessive noise after 11:00 p.m., and note that unregistered visitors are not allowed. The base price is for a minimal number of people; each additional person will incur an extra cost. If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $70 per person per day will apply automatically.
