Amenities include a pool table, a private terrace with a BBQ, baby essentials, premium linens, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, smart TVs with streaming, and high-end designer interiors. It's a 10-minute walk from Mont-Royal Metro Station, connecting you quickly to downtown and major attractions. Grocery stores, cafés, and pharmacies are all within a few minutes on foot. Stroll or bike through La Fontaine Park or Mount Royal Park, explore lively Avenue Mont-Royal, or rent a BIXI bike to explore the Plateau’s charming residential streets. Parties are not allowed, and any extra guests must be approved in advance. The washing machines are currently out of order, and one of the staircase steps is unfinished. The bunk beds are limited to young adults under 100kg. This is a residential building, so please respect the peace of the neighborhood, especially in the evenings. Pets are not allowed, and there is an automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet if this policy is not honored. Travelers are required to be 25 years old at the time of booking. If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice, a fee of $70 per person per day will apply automatically. The maximum occupancy must be followed at all times.
