AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This place is still open and running, don't let statuses on the web saying that it's closed, fool you. Combine an old construction built in the 1960s with paper thin walls (this used to be a hotel, it was never meant to be a residential space), units and common spaces that have been minimally adjusted for residence use (the bathrooms still have old hair dryers attached to the walls), a cockroach infestation and some of the crappiest tenants/neighbors you can think of and you get the worst living... experience ever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS (unless your living standards are extremely low)
