Stay Away

What I can say is avoid this place. Endless construction and renovation, as well as hot and cold water outages to replace the building's plumbing system that began six months ago and are still ongoing. The replacement of worn-out windows in the entire building will start in mid-summer, which will cause a lot of noise and dust. Most importantly, the incompetent managers, if you have any problems, will just say "we are sorry for the problem". Moreover, don't be fooled by the photos posted on the... website, as they are not the actual photos of the building and the units being rented, and due to the renovation and construction most of the time the hallways are dirty.
