Extremely unimpressed

Apartment looked nice at first. Modern and open. But management is very unprofessional. The building has lots of issues and is poorly maintained. Hallway fire alarms go off for hours. Entrance downstairs is unlocked half the time and garage entrance stays unlocked from outside. This creates important security issues with bikes and packages being stolen. Homeless people also squat in the building in the winter. Garbage is left in the hallways for weeks on end. Management is alerted several times... but does nothing. They also rarely call back once the service ticket is open, but they had an unassociated customer service representative call for feedback? Make it make sense.
