Terrible Experience with ALFID Administration here at MILHAUS
Living here since September 2023 has been nothing short of a nightmare, all thanks to the atrocious management by ALFID. The biggest issue that has plagued this place is the complete lack of heating throughout the entire winter season. It's not just a minor inconvenience; it's a health hazard affecting numerous residents in the building.
Despite repeated complaints, ALFID has shown zero interest in rectifying the situation. They have the audacity to claim they've changed administration, but... it's evident that ALFID has always been at the helm, wreaking havoc on tenants' lives. What's worse, attempting to reach them is like shouting into the void – futile and utterly frustrating.
To add insult to injury, they had the gall to raise the rent by a staggering 6.5% on the lease renewal. What kind of landlord hikes up the rent when basic amenities like heating are non-existent? It's a blatant disregard for tenant welfare and a clear indicator of their greed.
Save yourself the trouble and do not even consider renting here. You'll end up paying exorbitant amounts for an administration that couldn't care less about your well-being and is impossible to reach. Steer clear of this property unless you enjoy freezing in your own home and being ignored by the people supposed to manage it.
