Avoid the headaches
Think twice before you consider renting here. To say that building management does not care about tenants is an understatement. They have a ticketing system when you send in repair and other requests which is great. Just dont ever expect to hear back or get anything done that they can possibly avoid.
Every corner is cut to reduce services and save a couple bucks for the company. Property management do not respond to requests that they think they can avoid. For a recent issue I had it took 2... years of complaints, finally delivering a letter of demand before management made minimal effort to deal with the issue.
Several times per month a doorman doesnt come in for their shift and no effort is made to staff the entrance, leaving everyone at risk of people walking in to the building, stealing packages, and putting everyone at risk.
The building used to enjoy a great reputation but that went out the window when Akeluis bought it in 2018.
So many examples to share, but in short save yourself a headache.
