The bunkie offers its own living space with unique design touches, including a New York-style spiral staircase and a lofted bedroom. Both spaces are equipped with high-speed WiFi, Smart TV, and a washer and dryer.
Enjoy the built-in hot tub and outdoor dining area on the spacious deck. Water toys are available for paddleboarding and swimming. The property also features a gazebo, BBQ area, and firepit for outdoor gatherings. Starter essentials like coffee, cooking oil, salt, and pepper are provided for a seamless stay. Pets are allowed with prior approval only.
This waterfront retreat is ideally situated between Montreal and Ottawa. The air conditioning unit on the second floor is available for use and provides cooling for the Bunkie. Maximum of 10 registered guests at all times. Any additional visitors must be approved in advance. No parties, events, or large gatherings. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No smoking or vaping inside the home or bunkie. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Use of the hot tub and waterfront/dock is at your own risk. Follow all local fire regulations and burn bans for the firepit & BBQ. Please treat the bunkie with the same care as the main house. Be mindful when using the spiral staircase. Do not move furniture between the main house and bunkie. This property is on a septic system—please do not flush anything other than toilet paper and avoid excessive water usage. Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Failure to respect house rules may result in additional fees or termination of the stay. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
