The roots of a larger project

East of Boulevard de la Colline, close to the Desjardins Wendake Sports Complex, Kwayaweh partially meets the significant housing needs of the Wendat Nation. The project will offer 236 rental units and include large indoor and outdoor living areas. Anchored in the forest and aiming for LEED certification, Kwayaweh has been designed to echo the history of the Nation, while displaying a contemporary architectural touch. This is the first rental project in the Önonta' sector, which will bring together a variety of housing options.

Kwayaweh will feature 5,000 square feet of common areas, providing residents with everything they need to enjoy life outside their units.
