CAT URINE SMELL

My apartment smells like cat urine from a neighbors property and I am very allergic to cats! Poor customer service skills. When I called the Brady Sullivan corporate office I was told “the landlord doesn’t speak to residents “

Noise is Horrible

I can hear a dog in the other building 2 that barks non stop near the apartments that sticks out and you can hear this dog barking across the parking lot or if my window is open in building 1.I feel really bad for the neighbors.It's like the owners neglect the dog or leave it in a create all the time.It's ridiculous I am surprise they haven't done anything about it when they give tours or are walking around cause you can hear it everyplace. The walls are supper thin you can hear your neighbors… talking and laughing.I hear mine upstairs until 2:30 sometimes lifting weights or working out and it seems like he has no concept of time along with heavy feet. It's one thing during normal hours but have consideration in the middle of the night.The outside is a total land mind of dog crap you can't walk anyplace except the concrete with out stepping in it. They threaten to do something about it but they don't. My Advice the pictures on line may look beautiful and when you take a tour they will lie to your face.Way to expensive to live hear for what you get aggravation so KEEP ON WALKING AND DON"T BOTHER TO STOP AND LOOK HERE!!!!!!
