Please note that during winter months, when temperatures drop below freezing, the water system in the camper is not operational due to frozen pipes. Heat, electricity, and Wi-Fi remain functional, but there will be no running water inside the unit. A space heater is provided; please do not plug in another large heater as it may trip the breaker. Guests are responsible for using water conservatively from the 10-gallon water tank, and only cold water is available. The shower is currently not functional, and a small water container is available for hand washing. Visitors are not permitted in the unit; only registered guests are allowed. Housekeeping and maintenance operate between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Requests made outside these hours will typically be addressed within 24 hours. If additional cleaning or extra supplies are needed beyond the standard provision, guests may be asked to supply these themselves or cover the cost.
