Just no

I lived here for quite a while. Rent went up each year with no upgrades to my apartment. Paid for laundry, $2 for wash and $2 for dry and the machines suck, sometimes not spinning enough to “drain” my clothes and the driers never did well. They needed to enter the apartment for some type of “fire alarm” business once every few months... needed to lock up pet each time - doesn’t work for someone who has a job or your pet will be locked up all day while the staff are inside for only 2 minutes.… Leasing office hours says Monday-Saturday on the door, never there in Saturday’s and rarely there if you stop by during “open” hours. Poor contact management, never replies fully to inquiries. The staff is really not ever in the leasing office. Parking sucks, too many cars for the spaces- you’ll have to walk forever to park elsewhere. Walls are so thin, I could hear my neighbor snoring or the people next door laughing (not loudly, just thin walls). The apartment is extremely small for what you pay. No forced air for A/C. No online option for rent. Check only. Outdated in every way.

Great location but small rooms!

The room size is comparatively small if compared to apartments with similar category/rent. New renovated apartments have nice kitchen with all the utilities like microwave, cooktop with oven and a dishwasher. These ones also have a washer and dryer for laundry. Bathroom is little small but still does have a bath tub. Rooms are full of light as there are many windows (2 in each room). Apartment is located just behind the posh Garden city shopping centre.

Unlike other apartments nearby like… Chateau Chatillon, AC is not centralized and neither a windows AC is provided in the any of the rooms. Only one bedroom has a fan in a 2BHK apartment. Heating system is traditional Iron Radiator type. No club house, pool, lounge/lobby is there.

Overall a basic apartment to stay in with flexible lease options at a great location.
