When we moved in everything was perfect and over the course of a few months it was anything but.
About 5 months in we realized there was a mouse problem. Spoke with the office and asked them to take care of it unmet promises were made and landlord duties were being shirked. At this point it wasnt just my husband and I, but our newborn son living there. As a "family community" they claim to be you would think they would care about the potential risk mice pose to infants. Not at all!
I wrote a... formal maintenance request which wasnt completed to specifications. Fast forward a few months we still have a mouse problem. I wrote final request to have repairs done and they never were. After making the first written request the office staff changed their demeanor and was rude to us all the time which just compounded with the second request. There is no building security as the front door keys opens every apartmemt building, dogs bags are not filled, plumbing is always backing up, our ceiling fell in, parking is limited and only areas that are spruced up is one potential tenants might see. I just moved in to this apartment after viewing almost every apartment complex in the Cranston/Providence/Warwick/Coventry area, and for the price, you get a decent sized apartment with a great community. Dogs are allowed, there is a huge walk in closet and balconies for every unit. The gym is pretty big and the pool is nice as well. Right off the highway and close to many stores and shops. I am glad I chose this as my apartment!!
