Poorly Managed
The property is poorly managed. It is a beautiful, historic building that has not been maintained. The roof and stairwells are falling apart. Upon moving in, there was broken glass and trash all over the apartment. There is a single property manager that dodges your calls. If you can finally schedule maintenance, they will either not show up or show up 6 hours later than scheduled without contacting tenants. There are better properties with more professional management in Providence.
