Overall nice area as far as the view. Apartment not fully cleaned before I moved in although I was told it was. Communication between leasing agents via email can get confusing because multiple agents will reply and do not always check what the previous agent said before them. Some agent are extremely nice, others are just fine. Most neighbors are kind, but my next door neighbors are extremely rude, talk badly about me when I walk by despite not knowing me, and sometimes are very loud and yell... at night in an effort to bother me. Like nearly all of the reviews say… It’s impossible to get in contact with the office. No one answer calls or emails.

It's impossible to get through to the office, it goes to an answering service no matter what time of day you call.

I assume it's the same for residents, so what happens if there's an emergency and you have no office phone? That's a really serious issue for residents
