LOVELY place to live Beautiful loft apartments with gorgeous wooden floors.
Very spacious with large windows that provide a lot of
fresh air. New appliances, and the best refrigerator I
have ever seen! Also, close to Atwells Ave. and Broadway
Street.

Quiet safe place I thought the area would be busy and loud.. I was wrong. It’s one of my favorite out of several apartments I’ve seen.
They had not mentioned that there’s a sweet bike path behind their property!

Great place to live!! I love living at Rising Sun Mills for many reasons: and among them I include my apartment, with its magnificently tall windows is full of sun in the mornings; the manager, Freddy Rodriquez, Ashley, and staff are amazing and always helpful; my 2 showers feel so good with the right amount of pressure. I feel safe here and see security patrolling all the time,; the elevators make my life much easier; and I can dispose of my trash by simply walking to the trash chute at the... end of the hall. In addition, the surrounding grounds are well kept, there is abundant parking, and we have a laundry room. It feels more and more like home every day.
