Arctic Mill Lofts

I lived at Artic Mill Lofts from 2024 through 2026 in a one bedroom apartment. It was a great place to live, very clean, modern amenities and appliances, excellent gym and mailroom. The staff was very friendly, quick to respond, and helpful. The leasing agent Nicole was fantastic. Always quick to help, and respond. The head of maintenance was similarly excellent. Great communicator, friendly and incredibly responsive. My heat suddenly went out late on a Friday night. I lived in this property for two years and have nothing but positive things to say about it. Maintenance was very quick and the property management was always helpful. The gym is incredibly spacious and I really enjoyed it. I would recommend living here to anyone!

I recently moved out of Arctic Mill after purchasing a home. I resided at Arctic Mill for almost 3 years and only have good things to say. The property is clean, the gym is the best I've ever seen in a residential complex, the property manager is responsive and fair and maintenance is also very responsive. I never waited more than 24 hours to get an issue addressed. On top of all of that, my entire security deposit was returned to me (I did hire a cleaner prior to moving out). I noticed a... negative review on this page that specifically points out Nicole (the property manager) as awful. I am loving this apartment! Apartment is so pretty, gym is absolutely fantastic, the patio is going to be so nice in the spring and summer! What a view! Nice laundry room. I haven't used it yet but good common room.

Property management and maintenance staff are so helpful and responsive in a timely manner. Property management addresses every concern you may have and does their best to get it taken care of quickly. The apartments are beautiful!
