The windows I hope are replaced but the manager is a sweetheart I used to be a resident in unit 307 and unit 408 and I did love it and I'm on the waiting list again only because I need a bigger place

My apartment has three windows ands we allowed to put our a/c in one. a/c or air condition is $92 a yr, which is a steal. Our rent goes but our income. We have two maintence men who fix everything but my bathroom sealing. They came Friday afternoon and Saturday to fix my toilet. I was very grateful. The landlord does two apartment inspection a year. And twice a year we do paperwork to make sure we are not paying to much/not enough rent. The neighbors are very nice and nosy. But they watch... out for you and make sure no one parks were you like to park. We also have a special place smokers, our building is smoke free yeah for asthmatics. We have a beautiful picnic table with flowers and benches in view of my windows. We have a library, a pool table, an activities room, three elevators, and three washers and drivers only $1.25 a load.
