The Boundary at Silver Bluff

I just love my apartment. I moved in recently to a freshly renovated apartment and everything is new. my apartment has just been freshly painted along with all brand new appliances .,lights and fixtures. This property is quiet and located off the beaten path like a long lost gem.

Far from excellent! The buildings might have been refurbished but this place is only livable if you get a room on the second floor... ever since I’ve got here I have heard every single movement and footstep from the people above me. Waking me up from a sound sleep almost every day... you just can’t get a break from the constant creaking and banging from people walking and running around the apartment above... can’t imagine staying for longer than 6 months. I’m dreading living here for another 5.… Literally driving me crazy staying here and it’s only been a month! The Boundary is a beautiful and safe place to live in. The place is well maintained, the staff are polite and very accommodating. The grounds are always clean and they've made a lot of updates. It is conveniently located and close by to a lot of establishments including grocery stores, hospital, dollar stores, fast food chains, gas station. It's a great community for the price.

Apartments look nothing like what they’re advertising. The apartments are old, the floors makes sounds when you walk, walls are VERY thin, and good luck getting anything fixed.
P.s. they show you the model apartment first and the model house looks nothing like the actual apartment your getting.
