My experience at this property has consistently fallen below acceptable standards. Although the location is workable, ongoing maintenance failures, comfort issues, repeated water shut-offs, and sudden policy changes have made the apartment increasingly difficult to live in.

Several issues remained unresolved for extended periods, including a prolonged lack of hot water that required repeated… follow-ups before any action was taken. In addition, management has shut off the water multiple times, often without adequate notice or explanation. Interruptions to essential services like hot water and running water are unacceptable and demonstrate a clear lack of urgency and accountability.
Building Cleanliness & Condition
Common areas frequently appear neglected. Hallways, stairwells, and exterior spaces often lack regular cleaning, and trash areas are inconsistently maintained. The overall condition suggests insufficient oversight and routine care.
Comfort & Habitability
Temperature control inside the unit is inadequate. The cooling system struggles during warm weather, and airflow is uneven throughout the apartment. These issues directly affect daily comfort and make the unit difficult to inhabit during hotter periods.
Noise & Environmental Factors
Noise transmission is high, with sound traveling easily through walls and ceilings. Exterior noise is also frequently disruptive, indicating poor insulation and insufficient soundproofing.
Sudden Rule Changes
