I’ve had a really good experience at The Oaks of Anderson. The community is clean, peaceful, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, helpful, and respectful, and they do their best to make residents feel comfortable and cared for. The location is also convenient to everything you need in Anderson. Overall, I would definitely recommend The Oaks of Anderson to anyone looking for a nice place to live. I truly appreciate the welcoming environment and friendly service.

Great location

The apartment complex is located minutes away from Downtown Anderson. There is plenty of shopping and entertainment nearby. The neighborhood is quiet.

Perfect apartments for first time renters!

These are the perfect apartments for first timers. The property manager princess was very helpful in explaining to me the deposit and how rent works every month, they even have ways to help you pay rent. The maintenance team works very fast, I never wait long after I put in an order. They keep up with keeping the community outside looking nice. They also find ways to bring the community together, they threw a pool party with free food for our residents. Even though we don’t have a pool they made… sure we had access to one during the summer for free. The overall community here is amazing and the people help each other out, you get to know everyone.
