The cost of living for what you get is highly worth it at this apartment. Watch prices as they fluctuate and jump on the best deal. The complex is pretty and well maintained. The units are clean and some have newer appliances. The floorplan is well thought out. The community is quiet and considerate.

Many issues

This place is trying desperately to become a dump…and it’s well on its way. First of all the trash situation is unbelievable, I love looking out my window to see trash piled high by the compactor that works occasionally… and no one cares, the grounds and the facilities need work as in boards and trim are broken or in some state of disrepair on various facilities such as the car wash, the apartment itself was dirty when we moved in, to the point we had dust the whole place down before setting up… our furniture and stuff. Cars driving around with loud stereos at all times of night and the apartments are so poorly built that you can hear everything from your neighbors, I lived in apartments before but this is by far the most poorly run.
