Advenir at One Eleven

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with advenir at one eleven. The staff are friendly and helpful.... Anytime i have submitted a maintenance request i have received a prompt response. i intend to continue renting from Advenir for the remainder of my years until i purchase a house. I strongly recommend this property. I moved into these apartments a couple weeks ago and was impressed by the model apartment and amenities. On the first day in the unit I noticed that apartment hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. There were mounds of dog hair alongside the border of the room and the appliances were also noticeably dirty. I noticed a dead cockroach but thought that was because they had just sprayed. Boy was I wrong, that was only the beginning of this roach infested place. They fall from the ceiling onto my bed, crawl… under the front door, into the vents, and I EVEN SEE THEIR SKIN IN MY CLOTHES AFTER WASHING THEM. It makes my skin crawl to know that my belongings may be infested by the time I move out. I was surprised that this was never mentioned in a previous review. I’ve asked a neighbor if they’ve witnessed the same and they thought that they had roaches because they were on the first floor, that’s not the case. “Live better because you deserve better” must apply to the roaches/water bugs.
