Granby Crossing

I have been living here for almost two years and I love it! My apartment was newly remodeled, I have a beautiful river view, and the almost-downtown location is very convenient. One of the best amenities is our private entrance to the Cayce Riverwalk. The management team is top-notch, and maintenance responds in a timely manner. Neighbors are friendly, and it's remarkably quiet for an apartment complex. If you're looking for an apartment, Granby Crossing can't be beat!

I absolutely LOVE where I live. I have great neighbors. The staff is wonderful and the river access is gorgeous. I love that we have our own private access to the river walk. I also love the gated pet park. My dog gets to play with a few of her friends at the pet park everyday after work.

Good location with awesome amenities and Riverwalk access. Quiet community with friendly neighbors. To top it off office staff and maintenance go above and beyond. I love living at Granby Crossing and will continue living here because of these reasons.

Our experience at Granby was the best apartment experience of our lives. The ONLY issue I could bring up is that I repeatedly had issues with my AC, but they made every effort to fix them every time and the service guys were always attentive. Janis is awesome. Highly recommend!
