Absolutely disgusting and terrible place to live — avoid at all costs.

Living here has been a nightmare and has severely impacted both my and my roommate’s mental health.
1, From day one, the dishwasher was completely unusable — rusted, filled with a horrible smell, and clearly not maintained. We were never able to use it for the entire living year.

2, The dryer button kept breaking. Despite multiple maintenance requests and “repairs,” it never worked properly. This made doing laundry an… ongoing hassle.

3, Unfair Parking Pass Charge: My lease ended on the 23rd, and I returned my keys on the 21st. I wasn’t informed that the parking pass had to be returned at the same time. I returned it on the 22nd — still within my lease period — yet I was unfairly charged $50 for a small yellow sticker. This is completely unreasonable and feels like a trap for unsuspecting tenants.

4, No Pest Control: Be prepared to live with roaches and flying ants. Despite multiple reports, management only “looked” and did absolutely nothing. I’ve had roaches crawling on my face and body while sleeping — it’s traumatic and disgusting.
5, Terrible Customer Service: The office staff is useless. They dodge questions, provide generic answers, and never follow through. None of our concerns were ever resolved.

Live anywhere else if you can! I have stuck it out here for three years because it started off decent. Rapid rate increase with unreliable amenities, bugs, break-ins, robberies and shootings. My brother once came home to a strange man sleeping on his bed. Genuinely feels unsafe to live here and they have made it obvious they don’t care about their residents and take advantage of college students. Don’t bother calling emergency maintenance after hours because they will not answer. Under new… management now and are open on the weekends again finally, but the doors will be locked during open hours and you won’t be able to pickup packages. Went from Riverside to Alight to now the Radley in attempt to save this place but have already had issues yet again under the “new management.” They decided to switch to a new way of paying utilities and will not answer my emails or refund me the money from my resident portal account, which has all the money I use for my utilities deposited in it already. They lure you in with the promise of amenities and newly renovated apartments but I have had so many maintenance issues during my time here. The dishwasher has flooded twice and I have experienced mold growth, even with dehumidifiers in the apartment. They will charge you for literally anything and a ridiculous amount. You have to pay close attention to your charges or they will try to sneak the charge in there again and hope you don’t notice. Please, save yourself the headache and choose anywhere else to live.
