I have enjoyed living here at Overture Daniel Island. The current team is hard working, caring and responsive to the needs of the residents.
My concern is that the property has been sold to a new company and nothing formal has been said to any of the residents. This has led to rumor and speculation that could easily have been avoided by a well timed meeting or at least an email. The new regime will be taking over within the next few weeks and we have no idea what that transition will entail.... Nor do we have any indication of what the new administration's plans will be for the property or its residents. This is disappointing to say the least and I hope the situation is remedied prior to our current team leaving. We will miss them all and wish them luck. We only hope the new owners are just as invested in our community and happiness.
