Great location!

This location is wonderful. Close to shopping, downtown, Folly Beach, and Avondale. Older community, but the location and price are worth it.

Stay away from this place. It is not what they try to portray it.

The place is infested with roaches. The parking sucks. There’s no street lights or very little. Should I say the rent is too high their water bills are too high. The apartments are falling apart. The vinyl flooring just makes it more noise. Here you take away the insulation from the carpets now you hear everybody.
