MAA Cypress Cove

I have nothing good to say about my experience here, other than it's cheaper than other places. Sounds like I live in a war zone 12 hours of the day because of the construction that's been going on for mouths right outside my bedroom window.... the constitution they told me wouldn't be happening during my lease duration.... the construction that they do not give tenants any reimbursement for interrupting their livelihoods for MONTHS. I was transferred to Charleston three months ago. After looking at several locations and not being very happy, I pulled into Cypress Cove and loved it instantly!!!!
It's quiet and clean here. The front office staff are professional and friendly especially Hannah who made my experience easy and welcoming.
The maintenance staff are quick to respond and efficient.
The pool and workout center are beautiful.
Dog friendly and most residents clean up after their pets which is nice.
Located across… from a park and police station right down the street.

Moved in not even a week ago and they were paving the property, the management team told me that my area of parking wasn’t being paved until the following week and I had nothing to worry about but when I went out to my car one morning it had been towed not only towed but dragged across the parking lot since I drive an all wheel drive vehicle. Beyond unimpressed with the complex at this point since they are making me pay for the tow bill. I was home all day and they could have just asked me to… move my vehicle. This apartment complex has the absolute worst customer service in the office. They are extremely rude all my neighbors cannot wait until their lease is up it’s like being in jail you’re counting the days till you can get out of here. The only time they are nice to you is when they’re trying to coerce you into signing a lease heed my advice run do not move here or you’ll be counting the days till you can get out like the rest of us.
