    Total Dump

    This complex is the eyesore of the neighborhood. There is trash all over the property. The rain gutters haven't been cleaned out in years, plants are growing out of them, and a big section of gutter just fell off of a building and nothing has been done to fix it. There are piles of sandbags all over the place left from hurricanes years back. The stairwells have trash, broken furniture, dog crap, broken grills, and propane tanks littering the area. Everytime I hear gun shots from my house, I can… pretty much assume it's from Oasis. Last month, three people were shot, one a young child. I messaged the company through their Facebook page, asking them to clean up the property and said their total lack of upkeep was attracting criminal activity. I did not receive a reply. They recently posted signs on the grass that say "From Drag to Fab!". How ironic that the signs are surrounded by trash.

    Thank you for posting this review. The community is undergoing extensive renovations, the interior renovations are underway, and a contract was just signed to address the exterior issues. Please stop by and let us know what residents are not… picking up trash or pet waste, it takes everyone to take pride in the community they call home and properly pick up after themselves.
