Great Resident Support

I had an emergency at my apartment and was able to get it resolved in a very short time. I'm thankful to Mr. Leonard for his exceptional customer service skills. If you are looking for a well-maintained place to live with a supportive resident community, this is the place to be in Charleston.

Should be Your New Home

The Heyward is an amazing complex! The grounds are gorgeous, and you’ll love watching the wildlife at their ponds. The units are modern, up to date, and well maintained. The amenities are phenomenal. Most importantly, the staff couldn’t be better. The folks in the office are helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is responsive, efficient, and knowledgeable. You really won’t be disappointed if you choose to live at the Heyward!

Best Complex Ever!!

They Heyward is excellent!! By far the most organized, responsive place I've lived. It was pretty quiet and everything was modern and lovely. I was sad to move out but am actually considering moving back here shortly. Though on the pricier end, it is 100% worth it. The staff are kind and the amenities are nice. The pool and the gym were so convenient and parking was never too much of an issue. I would recommend living there to anyone.

I'm going to miss it

I lived at the Heyward for 3 years, 2022-2025. It has a great community and an excellent staff who are always responsive. I never had any pest problems and all maintenance issues were quickly addressed. I only moved out because I bought a house, but it was a hard decision because of how easy the heyward was. I'll miss it.
