Living here was an awful experience from start to finish. Management is completely unresponsive; maintenance requests were ignored for weeks, if acknowledged at all. The laundry center, which is an extra cost each month, literally caught on fire. There was zero accountability or communication from the staff. The neighbors were loud, disruptive, and sketchy. Community noise rules are completely ignored, and management does nothing to enforce them. Police were in the complex multiple times... throughout the year, which only added to the feeling of being unsafe and on edge. The internet connection was constantly unreliable, making remote work or even basic streaming a daily frustration. The entire complex feels unsafe and cheaply built. There's no real security presence, and it shows. Not requiring a security deposit might seem like a perk, but it's a major red flag. Despite leaving my apartment spotless, I was still charged unexpected fees after moving out. They take advantage of tenants on the way out. Bottom line: Do not live here. Area is bad and management put a room as available then said it was not available a week before move in. They are clueless!! Price is cheap for a reason.

I've really liked it here! For the price it is great. Of course, it is older but it's also very homey. I have seen some reviews that made me nervous before moving but I have had no issue in my experience here. As long as you have proper upkeep like having little roach traps around you rarely see any bugs (something I've seen in a lot of other reviews). As someone born and raised here, it's just something you deal with in the South! I've also seen mention of different smells in the apartments,... I'm excited to move into my new apartment. I looked all around the area and was very please with this location. The process was easy and smooth transition. I absolutely love Carlos he was very helpful and kind.

I would not recommend this place at all. There are cockroaches everywhere which they claim to spray for and charge you a monthly fee for and I never saw them spray (lived here for a year). Getting maintenance fix anything also took months (not an exaggeration) and often would be checked as fixed when clearly no one had come by. The washers and dryers were always broken and again never fixed. If you have any other option take that.
