Wonderful place to live

Clemson Edge is a wonderful place to live!! This will be my third year here, and I never want to leave. It is in the perfect spot for the bus route, easily walkable to Walmart, and has the best amenities. The clubhouse is my favorite, with a large study space, pool, and great events put on by staff. It is affordable for how close it is to campus. You get a private room and bathroom, a large living room, and a perfect sized kitchen with plenty of space. I love it here!!

Good Value

The apartments are nice and having the water, trash, and internet included makes the process very reasonable. The amenities and frequent events at the clubhouse are nice. The maintenance crew works really quickly. Good student housing.

I love it here!

I’ve lived here 1.5 years now, and it’s great! I love all the space I get, and having my own shower/bathroom is very nice. The maintenance is always timely, and the amenities are nice, too!
