I hate the loud neighbors in this college town. I’m on the fourth floor and the ones below me really suck.

It can be really annoying at night when I’m trying to watch a movie or be intimate with my girlfriend.

It really sucks on weekends, playing until 3 in the morning.

Poor Management

Front desk is rude, maintenance never fixes the issue throughly, you can't even make a request on the app because it needs to be fixed, the trash stays in the hallways for weeks

They are attentive, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns, no matter how big or small. It’s clear they truly care about creating a positive experience for residents and keeping everything running smoothly. The maintenance staff is equally outstanding. They respond quickly to requests, address issues thoroughly, and carry themselves with a… friendly, respectful attitude.
