Poor Management

Front desk is rude, maintenance never fixes the issue throughly, you can't even make a request on the app because it needs to be fixed, the trash stays in the hallways for weeks

It’s clear they truly care about creating a positive experience for residents and keeping everything running smoothly. The maintenance staff is equally outstanding. They respond quickly to requests, address issues thoroughly, and carry themselves with a... friendly, respectful attitude. Whether it’s routine upkeep or unexpected repairs, they handle everything efficiently and with great attention to detail. Together, the management and maintenance teams create an environment that feels well-run, comfortable, and reliable. It’s refreshing to live somewhere where both sides work so well together and genuinely prioritize the well-being of the community.

Dockside is a great apartment for Clemson students! It’s right on the lake and has a private bus to and from campus for you. There is also a wide variety of restaurants just downstairs from your apartment! No complaints so far!!
