All residents with a pet are required to have a pet agreement on file, pay applicable fees and deposits, and are required to submit a veterinarian statement establishing the general health of pet, the status of all shots and show proof of renter's insurance. No visiting pets are allowed without Management's permission and related fees and deposits must be paid in advance.

I moved from out of state to 700 Woodrow in September 2013 and I love it here! I especially love sitting on the balcony on warm evenings watching the sunset over downtown Columbia. The fixtures are modern and the two bedroom floor plan is perfect for my needs. Other huge pluses and reasons that make 700 Woodrow an excellent choice: the building is clean and safe. The neighborhood is located next to unique boutiques and an array of popular restaurants within walking distance. There is a free… Starbucks coffee machine in the lounge that is available 24/7. And finally, importantly, the staff and Ms. Meredith, the property manager are very helpful and readily available. When needed my maintenance requests have been addressed promptly with quality customer service.
