Just moved in so far so good

First I want to shout out Tamara the leasing manager she was so helpful and so nice during the whole application process. The most frustrating part so far was setting up utilities which is not creeksides fault. The layout is nice, plenty of storage space, there are some typical "landlord special" stuff but nothing I was surprised by. So far AC, shower, toilet, lights all working. Love the large fenced outdoor area so much.

Falling apart, plumbing leaking, glass & trash everywhere

Just moved into Apt. 304 & very disappointed in the health violations.
Moved in on a Friday & haven't been sbke to bathe/shower due to boken bath. I put in several maintenance requests.
However, inoperable shower/tub is a huge inconvenience. Basic checks were not completed or were simply over looked.
Here are a few: broken glass shards all over patio, insecure latch on patio gate, weeds over 12" in patio area, screen missing from bedroom window, stove burner not working, missing tile from… tub/shower, toilet not secured/rocking when weight applied, cabinets falling apart, counters peeling all around edges, & kitchen sink leaking.
A proper maintenance check would have addressed these issues prior to my move in. I can not bathe/shower. The apartment also was never mopped/cleaned as there is white residue on doorknob, cabinets, floors. Disappointed in the lack maintenance and health code violations

Do not move here

Maintenance will not make appointments.
Manager is only here two times a week maybe.
Pool has not worked.
Customer service needs a lot of work.
Maintenance and management put to many bandaids on everything. My air conditioner has not worked properly in almost a year.

Not what it used to be.

This neighborhood has gone to the toilet since it was sold to the current company. The 30 yr old maintenance man has the energy of a 80 yr old in other words he has none. The office staff changes every couple of months. The girl who is there now is hardly ever there. She shows up at 11 am then goes straight to lunch, most days she doesn't even come back. If you have a maintenance issue it takes months to get it seen to and it may not get fixed when he does. It is June 16 th and the pool isn't… even OPEN!!!! And they have the nerve to advertise renovated apts. when nothing out here is renovated or even up to the standards of any other Harbison area apt. WORST neighborhood this side of Broad RIver Rd. Weed smoking kids outside all hours of the night keeping working folk up, NEVER move here!!!! You will regret it instantly.

DONT LEASE HERE

DO NOT MOVE HERE.
My girlfriend and I recently moved in to our "renovated" apartment and the ac doesnt work and hasnt for since we have moved in, we call virshina and the other office lady and to no avail our ac is still broken and we are stuck in this miserable 1 bedroom paying over 200 for electric.
